Breanne Smedley
Varsity
Breanne Smedley is beginning her first season with Columbia River this year. Coach Smedley grew up in Vancouver, WA and attended Hockinson High School. After graduation, she played volleyball at Western Washington University while earning her undergraduate degree in Physical Education, Health, and Spanish and a Master's in Special Education. She then went on to coach at the club, middle school, and varsity assistant levels before taking over as the Head Coach at Coupeville High School (North of Seattle, WA) in 2014. Coach Smedley was also an elementary PE teacher in the Oak Harbor School District, served as the assistant club director and coach at Whidbey Fury volleyball club, and developed the youth volleyball program in Coupeville. She is excited about the opportunity to return back to Vancouver as a teacher and coach at Columbia River High School!

Justine Copp
JV Team
This will be Justine's 3rd year coaching, her 2nd year as the JV coach. Justine grew up in Camas and started playing volleyball in middle school. After her first season as a player, she was hooked and continued on to play at Camas High School as well as for different club teams in the area. During Justine's time at the University of Portland she played on and off recreationally, including beach during the summer. She is a recent graduate from the University of Portland and now teaches French at Columbia River. She lives with her new husband in the Vancouver area.

Christina Kujat, DPT
Associate Physical Therapist
Christina received her bachelor's degree in Life Science from the University of Portland and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University. Through her training she found a passion in Women's Health therapy, and went on to receive her Women's Health certification through Herman and Wallace Institute Level 1 and Level 2. She is also an NAIOMT Level 2 certified manual therapist, Chi Running/Walking, Kinesio Taping, and always pursuing more levels of Strain Counter Strain continuing education. Christina enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, sister, nieces, and nephew that all live local, with the occasional visit from her parents that still live in Billings, Montana. In her spare time, Christina loves being active playing basketball, volleyball, running, cross fit, yoga, hiking and snowboarding.
